1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Mendu Tech Labs product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Mendu Tech Labs provides enterprise software products (ERP Suite, Inventory Management, WMS, QCMS, DCMS) and IT services including custom software development, mobile app development, HR services, and cloud infrastructure. The specific terms of each engagement are governed by the applicable Order Form or Statement of Work.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are charged as per the pricing agreed in your Order Form. Fees are due in advance (monthly or annually). Failure to pay may result in service suspension after 14 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and content provided by Mendu Tech Labs remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into our systems. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide support or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mendu Tech Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately in case of material breach, non-payment, or use of our services for unlawful purposes. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
